This is not an isolated case it happens over and over again when we go in after one of our bigger multinational companies does a job before us.

Here is our story, a client rung us at 8pm last night to say that he had called the multinational company who came to do a visual termite inspection and charged $400 to view and say the termites were in one area of the home.
The client said through doing a renovation he thought that the termites are in another part of the house and would they come out again "yes sure" they said that will cost another $400.
So the client had decided that he needed them to come back with a plan of action as needed to do this urgently as the builder was only available for 2 days and the tenant would be away.
The multinational said "we can do it in around 2 weeks time!"
Bob and the team went to the property this am armed with a thermal imaging camera and pinpointed several areas that the termites were in and gave a plan of action on how we would chase out and treat the termites.
CLIENT IS HAPPY - WE ARE HAPPY.
The client mentioned that he wished he called us in the first place as we used the thermal imaging that showed and educated the client exactly where the termites were in the property, we are knowledgeable and timely.
